 บทคัดย่อ

         การวิจัยเชิงสืบย้อนนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าวรุนแรงของผู้ป่วยจิตเวชจากยาเสพติด และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าวรุนแรงของผู้ป่วยจิตเวชจากยาเสพติด กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ป่วยจิตเวชที่มีพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าว มารับบริการและการรักษาในโรงพยาบาลอู่ทอง ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2564-2566 จำนวนทั้งหมด 124 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบบันทึกข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ข้อมูลการใช้สารเสพติด และพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าวของผู้ป่วยจิตเวชจากยาเสพติด วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติบรรยาย สถิติสหสัมพันธ์ และสถิติถดถอยพหุคูณ

        ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าวระดับรุนแรงหรือฉุกเฉินร้อยละ 74.19 การสูบบุหรี่ อายุ และเพศชาย เป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าวรุนแรงในผู้ป่วยจิตเวชจากยาเสพติด อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (β = .262, p = .008; β = .214, p = .015; β = -.203, p = .022 ตามลำดับ)  ขณะที่การดื่มสุรา การใช้แอมเฟตามีน กัญชา เฮโรอีน และสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัวไม่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าวรุนแรงในผู้ป่วยจิตเวชจากยาเสพติดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ โดยการสูบบุหรี่ อายุ เพศชาย การใช้แอมเฟตามีน การใช้กัญชา การใช้เฮโรอีน การดื่มสุรา และสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัว สามารถร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าวรุนแรงในผู้ป่วยจิตเวชจากยาเสพติดได้ร้อยละ 16.9 (R2 = .169) ผลจากการศึกษาครั้งนี้สามารถใช้เป็นข้อมูลในวางแผนการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเวชจากยาเสพติดที่มีพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าวรุนแรง และเป็นแนวทางในการสร้างโปรแกรมการบำบัดเพื่อป้องกันการกลับมาใช้ยาเสพติดซ้ำ
