 บทคัดย่อ

       การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองกลุ่มเดียวเพื่อเปรียบเทียบการจัดการตนเองของผู้ป่วยโรคความดันโลหิตสูง ก่อนและหลังได้รับโปรแกรมการให้คำแนะนำแบบสั้น กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ป่วยโรคความดันโลหิตสูงที่มารับบริการระหว่างเดือน ตุลาคม - ธันวาคม 2567 คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงจำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่างเท่ากับ 45 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ โปรแกรมการให้คำแนะนำแบบสั้นในการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรม ตามทฤษฎีการสนทนาสร้างแรงจูงใจของมิลเลอร์และโรลนิค แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมการจัดการตนเองต่อโรคความดันโลหิตสูงผ่านการทดสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหา การทดสอบความเชื่อมั่นด้วยสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคได้เท่ากับ .85 และใช้สถิติวิเคราะห์ Paired t-test

       ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ป่วยความดันโลหิตสูงมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยการจัดการตนเองก่อนการทดลองในระดับมาก (x̅ = 3.68, SD = 0.62) คะแนนเฉลี่ยการจัดการตนเองหลังการทดลองอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x̅ = 4.22, SD = 0.45) เปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยการจัดการตนเองของกลุ่มเป้าหมายพบว่ามีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t = -4.89, p value < .01) ข้อเสนอแนะ ผลการศึกษาสะท้อนการจัดการตนเองจากการสนทนาสร้างแรงจูงใจนั้นเพิ่มมากขึ้น ควรสนับสนุนให้นำมาใช้ในการดูแลผู้ป่วยความดันโลหิตสูงต่อไป
