 บทคัดย่อ

     การประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (Artificial intelligence : AI) ในการดูแลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งที่บ้านมีส่วนช่วยในการพัฒนากระบวนการพยาบาลแบบไร้รอยต่อ และยังช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการติดตามอาการและการจัดการการดูแลที่เหมาะสม AI สามารถรวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ผลข้อมูลสุขภาพตามความเป็นจริงของผู้ป่วยที่เป็นปัจจุบันอย่างต่อเนื่องผ่านเซนเซอร์ของปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (Real-time from sensors) เช่น อัตราการเต้นของหัวใจ ความดันโลหิต และระดับออกซิเจนในเลือด ซึ่งช่วยให้พยาบาลสามารถติดตามภาวะสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยได้อย่างใกล้ชิดและแก้ไขปัญหาพร้อมทั้งให้การพยาบาลได้ทันท่วงทีเมื่อเกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงในค่าชีวภาพ นอกจากนี้ ระบบ AI ยังมีระบบการทำงานด้านการจัดการยาที่ช่วยลดความเสี่ยงในการให้ยาผิดพลาด พร้อมทั้งสนับสนุนการปรับแผนการดูแลผู้ป่วยตามอาการล่าสุด

     อย่างไรก็ตาม แม้ AI จะช่วยลดภาระงานที่ซ้ำซ้อนและเพิ่มเวลาให้พยาบาลสามารถใช้ในการให้คำปรึกษาและดูแลผู้ป่วยได้ แต่การใช้งาน AI ในการดูแลที่บ้านยังเผชิญความท้าทายหลายประการ เช่น การพร่องทักษะเทคโนโลยีของพยาบาล ความกังวลด้านความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลสุขภาพ และความยากลำบากในการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลระหว่างบ้านและโรงพยาบาล ดังนั้น การพัฒนาทักษะด้าน AI ของพยาบาลและการเสริมสร้างมาตรการป้องกันข้อมูลจึงเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่จะสนับสนุนให้ AI กลายเป็นเครื่องมือที่มีประสิทธิภาพในการดูแลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งที่บ้าน
